I never expected to learn so much from my customers, but you would be surprised. I remember one time in particular (and I will probably remember more) when one woman told me that she often mixed her own nail polishes to create new colors. She would paint her nails in a vivid pink for example and then when it was dry, she would add a coat of gray on top. Yes, there is such a thing as gray nail polish. It can be used on any vibrant color and suddenly you have your own “designer” color. I tried it and she was right. It worked beautifully.

Now if you pass along this little story to another customer, you might make a profitable sale.
